Open Question: Will I see definition by doing this?

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

I work out on an elliptical for an hour 5-6 days a week, on level 1, because I don’t want to bulk my thighs up. The workout is fairly intense, not breathless, but breathing hard and breaking a sweat. Will my thighs tone from this?? If so, what’s your guess on how long it will take to see results?
I just want an approximate time frame because if I don’t see results around that time, I’ll know I am not working hard enough.
I am five foot eight, 133 pounds, and have a BMI of 20.2.
